It is derived from the Cebuano word, “suwat,” which means to write, and “Sugbo”, which is the ancient name of Cebu. Written by young creatives, the e-Magazine balances important conversations about current events and prevalent issues with light-hearted dialogues about relatable experiences. Moreover, this platform hopes to educate, entertain, and empower the youth.
